Bryce C. Alstead

Working from the firm's Reno and Las Vegas offices, Mr. Alstead provides clients with the innovative counsel they need in complex land use, permitting, real estate, energy, and water rights matters. Clients in the energy, mining, geothermal, solar, real estate development, and resort industries regularly count on his guidance.

Mr. Alstead's real estate practice covers all issues related to the successful development of energy projects in Nevada. Mr. Alstead has successfully negotiated solar and geothermal leases for projects ranging from 1.2 to 250 MW, and he has drafted related documents such as generation-tie, construction, and well site easements, EPC O&M, and shared facilities agreements, and public-private infrastructure agreements. Mr. Alstead's practice frequently involves acting as Nevada counsel for developers, lenders, and equity investors in large project finance transactions. Mr. Alstead's experience also covers the areas of privileged licensing, development agreements, water rights acquisitions and permitting, and municipal leasing for energy projects.
