Nicholas D. Bliablias, Of Counsel, helps businesses manage their workforce and ensure they are compliant with all aspects of labor and employment law. As a trusted advisor to clients of all sizes and in multiple industries, Nick ensures that the course of action taken both protects the client’s interests and goals, and reduces exposure to liability.

Nick regularly advises clients in connection with the defense of civil rights claims, whistleblower claims, workforce reductions, restrictive covenants, and personnel policies and procedures.

In addition, Nick provides employers with training in a variety of employment-related areas including anti-harassment and anti-discrimination, reasonable accommodations, best practices for employers, hiring and firing and social media.
